I was so thankful that we were able to find Eagle Inspection for my new home. We initially had first inspection with this other company (very well known company) but they didn't find one thing instead they said everything is okay to move in....but we knew something was weird..because even myself was able to see the water damages in the basement and window issues (rotting wood trims around most windows, cracks on windows and missing locks on couple of windows because owner was rushing to cover up something they forgot to put the lock back after painting). Thank God John was very thorough and explained everything one by one. He was very honest and he inspected the home as if it was for his family. HIGHLY Recommend!
